May 18 and 19 in Bar Harbor, ME

First order of business on Saturday is to get the brakes fixed.  Somehow in transit on the carrier the rear disk brake got our of alignment and was rubbing the brake pad.  Found a really nice bicycle shop in Bar Harbor to do the job.  Problem solved.
Me and Revis with the shop owner on the left and the bike tech on the right.  While the tech was working on the bike the owner, who is on the town council was telling us all about Bar Harbor and the sites we  might enjoy seeing and directions how to get there.
Just around the corner from the bicycle shop was this view of part of the bay.  Everything is so green and wet here.

View of the harbor from the top of Cadillac Mountain.

Another view of the harbor from Cadillac Mountain
Typical tourist town with narrow streets and lots of souvenir shops and eateries.
My granddaughter, Lexy Wadsworth Ehlert and her husband Ben, connived with Revis and surprised me in Bar Harbor. What a surprise when they stepped out in front of us as we were walking towards the restaurant where I thought we were having dinner with some old friends of Revis' from Farmington, New Mexico and just happened to be in Bar Harbor this weekend.  Lexy just finished her graduate degree at Harvard University in Boston and are moving back to Arizona.
The lobster was delicious.  I ate the clams two times that night; my first time and my last time.  Fortunately Ben  likes clams so they didn't go to waste.
Beautiful homes overlooking the bay.
