July 16, 2013 Tuesday, Did not ride, Day 46 of trip.
Took the day off after yesterday's 81 miler. Slept late and worked on my blogs but the internet was so slow it took two hours to load the pictures for the first post and three hours for the second post.
The steak dinner mentioned above was cooked just right, medium well, and was so tender. Then to top it off with vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberries and blueberries made it the perfect dinner.
