Reserve to Glenwood,NM

Sunrise as seen from John and Nyla's backyard
John and Nyla preparing a delicious breakfast of pancakes, bacon and eggs while I pack my gear
They didn't make this cut any wider than they needed to
Saliz Pass.  Now it's downhill to Glenwood
 Now there's a blue spruce
The old bridge replaced by the one I'm on
 Sentry's on duty
 Main street in downtown Glenwood
Runoff from the big thunderstorm that hit about 30 minutes after I checked in at the Whitewater Motel in Glenwood

July 22, 2013 Monday, Day 35 riding, Day 52 of trip.
Ate spaghetti at Mario's Restaurant.  Mario's is only open from 4 to 8 pm for dinner.  The other restaurant  in town is only open for breakfast from 7 to 10 am.  The waitress at Mario's is one of the volleyball girls at Reserve High School.  She just moved here this summer from Dobson High School in Mesa.  She remembered me from the Dating Abuse and Violence Prevention class we teach in Mesa Schools when she was a freshman.
Have had no phone service since a little ways out of Reserve.
